博多ラーメンはググるな！地元の人間に聞くべし！長浜将軍

旅行先で美味しいものが食べたいのは当たり前。
今の時代、ネットからなんでも情報が手に入ります。
だから検索のレビューのいいとろに行きがちですよね・・・
別にそれが悪い事では無い。と私は思います。
でも、やっぱり穴場を探したい。
そんな穴場を紹介するシリーズです。
「僕が美味しいと思う、地元の美味しいお店」
第一弾は博多ラーメン（長浜ラーメン）です。
長浜将軍
↑このお店は私が幼少期から博多に行く度に食べています。
帰省した際にこれを食べないと博多に帰ってきた気がしないというほどです。
一体どこがいいのか・・・
長浜将軍のいいところ
①博多独特の臭みの少ないスープ
九州では臭みの強い豚骨が当たり前な様に思われますが、この店は臭みが少ない。
臭みのあるラーメンに慣れていない人でも安心してこのラーメンをたべれると思う。
②厚切りチャーシュー
厚さだけでは無く、やわからさや味付けも最高。
細い歯切れの良い麺の途中で食べるチャーシューは絶品だ。
③からし高菜
からし高菜と言う唐辛子まみれの高菜が席に置いてある。
それを替玉後にラーメンに投入し、ピリ辛ラーメンにするのが通な食べ方。
※入れすぎには注意
④かしわ飯おにぎり
博多の醤油の甘さと鳥の旨みが合わさって非常に美味しい。
からし高菜入りのラーメンの途中に食べるのが非常に美味しい。
２個ぐらいすぐ食べてしまう。
まとめ。
平均的にどれもリーズナブルかつ美味しい。
お得なセットもある。
個人的には行列ができても嫌なのであまり教えたく無い。
